    Yes, a security deposit is required when picking up your vehicle. The amount depends on the car category and is held on your credit card as a pre-authorization. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.
  • Can I rent a car with a foreign license ?
    Yes! We accept international driving licenses as long as they are valid and meet local driving regulations. If your license is issued outside the EU, we recommend carrying an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your national license.
  • Is insurance included in my rental?
    Our rental prices include basic insurance coverage, but you can choose to add extra protection for full peace of mind. We offer collision damage waivers, theft protection, and comprehensive insurance options to reduce your financial liability in case of an incident.
  • Can I drive outside of La Rochelle with my rental car ?
    Yes! You can travel beyond La Rochelle, including to destinations like Île de Ré, Bordeaux, or the Atlantic Coast. However, if you plan to drive outside of France, please let us know in advance, as additional conditions may apply.
